Self-care During Covid 19

As we learn more about COVID 19, please take as much care of your mental health as you do of your physical health.

If you are unable to make it to your therapy appointment  or participate in online sessions, remember to use your coping skills, such as:


  • Deep breathing
  • Grounding stone
  • Body scan
  • Coloring
  • Cooking
  • Reading
  • Listening to music
