Stephanie Lollis, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
I specialize in working with adults for individual and couples therapy. Together, we will identify specific treatment goals that meet your individual needs and use concrete measurements to monitor progress. I help you to identify and build upon your strengths while guiding you to learn from life challenges to aid with personal growth and empowerment. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection to achieve total wellness.
My work focuses on the treatment of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I integrate cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) into individual therapy while utilizing emotion-focused therapy (EFT) as part of work with couples. I am also certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), as a specialized module of trauma therapy.
I earned a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University and am a licensed professional counselor, as well as a certified yoga instructor. With over ten years of experience in the field, I look forward to many more continued years and being a part of your healing journey.
